What do the Germans eat at Easter?

Lockdown being what it is, I was sadly unable to travel to Bavaria to meet with Bavarian baker Arnd Erbel, however I had a wonderful chat with him over the phone for a piece for National Geographic Traveller about some of Germany’s Easter traditions.
