In the height of this summer, I sat in a very hot, sticky and closed-for-renovation SEVEN SWANS in Frankfurt to interview head chef Ricky Saward for National Geographic Traveller UK’s Food supplement.
SEVEN SWANS is one of Germany’s two Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurants, and this year Ricky took home the 2019 Michelin Germany Sustainability Prize. His is a fascinating story, and the subsequent article following our interview is now available to read online.
