Today, June 24, is officially the last day of whit Today, June 24, is officially the last day of white asparagus season. The spears won’t just disappear overnight: you can buy them for a few more days whilst stocks of already-harvested white asparagus lasts, but the longer you leave it, the less fresh it will be.
