In the absence of a leg of lamb, which I’d left too late to order, I made Falscher Hase - meatloaf stuffed with eggs - with boiled potatoes and a cucumber salad alongside. I winged it just like Omi so don’t (yet) have a recipe to share, but every last mouthful got polished off between the four of us, so I think I can call it a success. Hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend, and thank you to @daheimmanufaktur and @jazerizisunshine for suggesting I make it! 🐰
