I’ve made a couple of contributions to the Autumn 2021 issue of National Geographic Traveller Food magazine. The first of these is two pieces that form part of a feature on European food trails: exploring the Rheingau wine region by foot along the Rheingau Riesling Path, and navigating Switzerland via a selection of chocolate-related experiences. The magazine was published at the beginning of September, but the feature is already available to read online.
