The sun is only making very rare appearances at th The sun is only making very rare appearances at the moment, so when it does come out, I’m outside like a shot. I return home from a walk through the vineyards feeling like a new person - what a difference a bit of sunshine makes ☀️ (I took this picture a good ten days ago, when it was a frosty -3°c. It feels like we haven’t seen the sun again since.)
Throwback to the bit between Christmas and New Yea Throwback to the bit between Christmas and New Year, when I was presented with this exceptionally neat arrangement of beef Rouladen, leftover Serviettenknödel and wildly unseasonal green beans. And a lone potato 😂 I’m honestly not sure I’ve ever seen a tidier plate of food. And delicious it was too - I’ll share the Rouladen recipe once I’ve worked out how to fix my broken website 😩
