Last November I travelled with fabulous photographer Celia Topping to The Hague for National Geographic Traveller Food. We spent a gloriously sunny weekend there, and had the pleasure of spending a full day with the Hendrikx family, shopping, eating and cooking a traditional Dutch meal.
