In April 2016, following an interview with the Deutsche Presse-Agentur about the Germans and their love of white asparagus, I was featured in some of Germany’s leading news publications including Die Welt, Stern magazine, Bild, Rhein-Neckar Zeitung and the Mitteldeutsche Zeitung (in print). I have also been been interviewed in Wiesbaden’s Sensor and Merkurist magazines (the latter twice).
I have written for The Guardian and Fodor’s Germany (published 2016) and provided regional German culinary tips for Canada’s Globe and Mail. In 2016 I was also shortlisted for the YBFs‘ “Fresh Voices in Food Writing” award. Please see the Work With Me page for a list of published articles.
